Account Registration

Membership on jowa 9 is entirely voluntary. At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or transferring an account is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being cancelled and funds held in them may be forfeited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of security and fraud prevention, jowa 9 may request a national identity card, passport or other documents for identity verification at any time. jowa 9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is completed.
Age Limit and Eligibility
All casino and betting services on jowa 9 are open only to persons aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening or using an account. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years old and that you are using this platform knowingly.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on jowa 9 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of receipt. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
4.3 Withdrawing Bonus Funds
To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5 for details). Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; the wagering requirement in this case would be ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
For each bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This means before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus, you must place total bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonus claims from the same person or household are not permitted.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash; they can only be used for gameplay.
- Bonus promotional offers and their terms may change at any time.
- jowa 9 reserves the right to cancel any suspicious bonus claim.
- Never treat a bonus as directly received cash — it is a conditional benefit.
Game Rules
6.1 Casino Games
All games available on jowa 9 are operated by third-party game developers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others. Each game has its own rules and RTP. If a technical error causes an incorrect game result, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
6.2 Sports Betting
In sports betting, odds are subject to change and bets placed before the market closes are final. If a match or event is cancelled, bets may be refunded or settled as void according to the applicable rules. Please read the specific rules for a sport carefully before placing a bet.
6.3 Prohibited Conduct
Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

jowa 9 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Identified as a minor.
Whether a valid balance is returned upon account cancellation will depend on the circumstances. If cancelled due to a breach of terms, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
jowa 9 strives to keep the platform running as smoothly as possible, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance or third-party server problems. jowa 9 will not be held liable in such situations.
jowa 9 is not obliged to compensate for disruptions to any game or betting activity caused by the user's own internet disconnection, device issues or local power outages. However, if a technical fault on our end is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken.

Changes and Amendments
